A documentary about six brothers who have spent their entire lives within the confines of their parents’ apartment on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. With no way to interact with the outside world, they end up turning to movies to escape from their sheltered existence.
Truth is truly stranger than fiction. A totally bonkers-yet-endearing movie that will really make you wonder about some parents and how the filmmakers managed to find this family in the first place. Weird, memorable stuff.
It’s got an 84% on Rotten Tomatoes.
