After losing their children to diphtheria, three wives start losing their minds in turn. In order to get them the help they need, an able-bodied, unmarried woman escorts them across Ye Olde Nebraska with the help of an uncomely drifter.
Pacing can feel a bit rushed at times, but it’s a pretty solid Western that goes in some pretty unexpected directions thanks to some pretty memorable scenes. It’s also jam-packed with cameos from a whole lot of familiar faces, which is a nice bonus.
It’s got an 81% on Rotten Tomatoes.
