At the height of The War of 1812, a Mohawk warrior and her two lovers are forced to take up arms and run for their lives when one of the latter torches a campground full of American soldiers.
It’s very much a B-movie, but it’s not effing around. Lots of action and lots of blood, to the point where it could basically qualify as a horror movie towards the end. Also happens to tout a surprisingly weighty story where the good guys are hard to come by and the bad guys are pretty much everyone. Bonus points for all the actual Native-American cast members. Suck on that, Johnny Depp.
It’s got an 84% on Rotten Tomatoes.
