In the wake of the Srebrenica massacre, a traumatized survivor and her new boyfriend find themselves struggling to stay alive in a forest riddled with landmines. When two Serbs offer to show them safe passage, our protagonists’ relationship is put to the test.

Doesn’t matter if you don’t know a lick about Bosniaks, Serbs, and the dark history between them, because once this thing takes a turn, it is hard to stop watching. Super intense, really well-made, and it’s not effing around, to the point where it eventually kinda turns into a horror movie. Hard one to shake, worth checking out.
It doesn’t have enough reviews to warrant a proper Tomatometer score, but the ones that are there will back me up.

Or how about another DRAMA, one without all those subtitles getting in the way?
Or maybe another THRILLER, one with some more reviews going for it?
