With the mob pulling out all the stops to kill him and with help of an imaginary purple unicorn that only he can see, a good cop-turned-alcoholic hitman finds himself searching for a little girl who’s been kidnapped by a bad Santa before it’s too late.
Yep, same old formula.
I imagine this show probably isn’t for everyone seeing as how it plays out like a syndicated version of Crank on crank, and while it probably seems and sounds pretty stupid to some of you there, it honestly works a lot better than it should and it’s a lot of depraved fun to boot. Bonus points for a great turn by Chris Meloni (who I’ve always really liked for some reason and I don’t even care about SVU) as our boozehound John McClane. Weird stuff, folks. Weird in all the right ways.
