A documentary revolving around the efforts of two men from opposing political parties to create a new constitution for Zimbabwe that’s representative of the people’s wishes in the wake of a stolen election at the hands of President Robert Mugabe, who is one seriously awful dude.
[Unrated]
Doesn’t matter how well-versed you are in Zimbabwe’s recent history and political turmoil surrounding it. This right here is a documentarian’s dream, universally affecting, and a truly inspiring tale of the divides that can be bridged when people learn to compromise and work towards a common good. Amazing stuff. Members of Congress should really give this one a go.
It’s got a cool 100% on Rotten Tomatoes.
